Kapsule offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid hosting plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Which plans qualify

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to plans that bill immediately at signup:

  • Hosting Pro, Scale, and Power plans
  • Any plan listed as billing immediately (not a free trial)

The Billing page describes it: "Pro, Scale, and Power bill immediately with a 30-day money-back guarantee."

Free trial plans

Cloud Start (and other trial plans) start with a 30-day free trial, your card isn't charged until the trial ends. Since you haven't been charged, the money-back guarantee doesn't apply to trial periods, but you can cancel any time during the trial without paying anything.

How to request a refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window:

  1. Open a support ticket
  2. Include your account email and the plan you'd like refunded
  3. Our team will process the refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

After the refund

Once refunded:

  • Your subscription is cancelled
  • Services remain active until the end of the current period (or immediately, your choice)
  • Your data is retained for 30 days before deletion

Outside the 30-day window

After 30 days, standard cancellation terms apply, your plan is cancelled at the next renewal date, and no further charges are made. The 30-day money-back is specifically for within the first month of a new paid subscription.
